When I was about five getting my tonsils out, a nurse came in and said “Here’s your little oucher!” then shishkabobbed my rear.
When I read this years ago, in the 80s, I assumed he spoke the final words just before seeing the needle. Now that I’m older and more perverse, I wonder …. could the needle be the fantasy? Bottoms up!
Looks like a small rocket…what planet is she sending his bottom to? (Go ahead and say it…you know you want to….)
