I think Connie’s question is still valid.
Poor little hanging lamp…. it’s trying hard to shed some light on the situation, but it’s kind of a dim bulb.
I’ve kinda got a question of my own…
Following Cliff’s presumed steps, in the creation of his hanger hammock….
We start with a hanger hooked over the light socket.
From there, we hook a hanger into that hanger…
then one into that hanger… one after another till we reach the floor, or as low as we care to go.
If we try to keep going till it comes up on the other side, we can never let go, or gravity is against us.
The hangers won’t just… well… hang there, on their own, upside down.
So instead we start again, at the top. on the other side…
a fresh hanger hanging from the hanger hanging off the light, and successive hangers, one at a time, hanging off each of those..
till we reach the bottom again.
We’re trying to make a loop, one side of which will go against Cliff’s legs, the other, his head and back…
meeting, one might surmise, at the floor… or at his… um.. his ample posterior
But what is happening THERE??
The hooks of the bottom two hangers, one on each side of his bottom, both point upwards.
I see no sign of a way that he joined them together on the flat sides.
No wire, no tape…
So is the loop incomplete?
Is that why his butt is on the floor?
I don’t want to get hung up in this hanger technology…
but inquiring minds are kinda stuck.
