This story needs to be wrapped up. No one wants the family to be financially insecure. John should be headhunted pronto. Three ideas:
1. His old firm wants him back, in a more senior position so he’ll be calling the shots and will be happier (and better paid).
2. Some wide-awake outfit is looking for diverse hires and contacted Roz after seeing the video.
3. Joe’s widow comes round and asks him to manage what is now her company, having heard Joe rant about him for months.
