    why do their legs look like horses’ hooves!?

    @timzsixty9… It’s gotta be tough drawing a woman in heels head-on. The perspective makes it look like their legs end in blobs of color (or hooves) unless you draw the foot from an angle. Try it sometime.

    Tomorrow the guys will be back to normal. Nothing lasts forever, thank heavens.

    Um… seen from front? Because their feet don’t stick out at sideways angles?

    @invertedyesterday

    Those weren’t regular cast members, though; that was the video production crew. And yeah, feet can be hard to draw from any angle. And high heels are a pain to draw. But straight on all you really see is the toe, so that’s easier.

    But still not REALLY easy.

    Concurring with Clark Kent’s comment yesterday.
    She’s awfully big.
    And what’s that dangling between her legs, anyway?

    Both yesterday and today I’ve noticed somewhat of a bulge in the lower part of Aisha’s costume. It pains me to say this, but maybe Clark has a point. (no pun intended).

    Keep up the good work John and Scott. Aisha, muscles and everything, rocks.

    It seems like most of the women in Working Daze are the most powerful characters.

    Part of the outfit. It’s sort of chiffon, a skirt in various parts. All I had to work with was some photos John sent me. And if you think she’s ‘awfully big then maybe you too have been looking at too many unrealistically scrawny comic book ’babes.’

    @Jeff0811

    Not a bulge. It’s a sort of a flat plate thing (I’m guessing) that holds the skirts together. Again, John only sent me some photos, and the costume is copied (and simplified for the style of the strip) from those.

    Sorry, Scott. Your style of art just doesn’t work with this joke.

    If there was a live feed from the camera, it wouldn’t matter if it survived or not, as long as it was being recorded. Since Rita herself wasn’t handling the equipment, I assume that is the case. And characters in this strip can survive anything, whether or not they have recurring roles.
