I’m with you Roy. I can bowl a 260 on the Wii but barely get an 80 in real life.

The first time I bowled I knocked down 10 pins,
7 in the next lane and 3 in the lane beyond that.

Fffft I can’t bowl a zero on Wii or in real life. My bowling skills just really, really suck.

Yeah, I once accidentally scored a full 10 for the lane next to me. That was, uhm, awkward.

Hmmm… Rita needs a visor for bowling?

My first time throwing a ball down a lane it was a strike… It was down hill after that. Then after breaking the arm I was happy to hit a pin.

Ah bowling a sport I’m actually good at.

My parents were really good at bowling and even played in leagues. I unfortunately did not share that trait.

In real bowling I am happy with a 150 in wii bowling if I don’t get a 250 I am sad.

It takes 10,000 hours of practice to master a skill. I question the return on the invested time and I don’t think my liver could handle that.

I’ve never used a Wii, but in real life league bowling, I had a few 600+ series years ago. We have a few miniature bowling lanes in my city, and it was easy to bowl 250+ on those. I also remember those games in taverns where you “bowled” with a puck on a machine with a kind of sawdust surface, and the pins would flip up if you were accurate. Finally, does Rita bowl with her left hand, or switch the water bottle to it when she bowls? (Whew!)

She puts the bottle down before she picks up the ball. If you look every day, you’ll see the bottle isn’t always in her hand. It can often be seen on her desk.

@Thomas Scott Roberts… I thought maybe Rita was confused on the whole bowling thing and dressed for an outdoor sport.

Poor Roy looks so sad that this isn’t Wii bowling.
