How about the 12th of never? Works for me.
    ……………………………………………………..
BTW, “until the 12th of never” was a popular song in the 1950’s.

Nothing better for a big fat geek wedding, I’d say.

Check out the Wikipedia page for “The Twelfth of Never.” The first three paragraphs are weird.

Definition of a Geek… someone who feels obliged to explain the obvious, because they don’t think the rest of the world would understand.

It might not be obvious to everyone. We’re always willing to answer questions for readers who don’t het some of the references. Sometimes I don’t, and I have to look things up before I draw the strip.

Great day for a geek wedding! They also could go for 3/14 (Pi Day) or 10/23 (Mole day).

Considering I was sure they wouldn’t be able to pick November 23rd (Doctor Who’s 50th), I thought they’d fall back on 11/12/13. Which was also a weekday. shrugs

Rita isn’t going to let them have the day off, is she?

A Monday for the wedding? Sounds good. Party all weekend, have the wedding and call in sick for the rest of the week. …. It really doesn’t matter which day…as long as Roy follows through and they get married…live long, love well, and prosper!
