Ah yes that old Dictator Alfredo Stroessner who was the Hitler of South American ruling and ruining Paraguay fpr 35 years during the years of (1954-1979) like so many others an evil man who raped the country. Leaving it a mess and gained as he had lost via a coup. After losing it he lost his mind.
