    Nah, it’s going on again. Poor management, everyone’s picking on them. It’s getting to where you can’t make a buck in a government-protected, taxpayer subsidized monopoly. (Somehow, I don’t expect Romney to actually take the side of the workers in either situation…. he knows people who own NFL and NHL teams, but you can bet he doesn’t know any players or refs.)

    Well, if organized Sports didn’t have to worry about Bazillion-Dollar contracts, greedy owners, and spoiled prima-donna Thugs as players, it might be a LOT more fun!
    If they don’t want to play, screw em’! Let them get real jobs!

    Howgozit: But the corporate media has yet to mention the basic issue: the use of “standardized tests” of socioeconomic status to declare teachers incompetent and give the schools to campaign contributors for private profit (and still poorly performing) charter schools.

    For the simplistic platform, This NFL Ref and NHL would be something I think Mitt would stand a chance of getting some points on.
