    It’s a “Harry Potter” reference. When the character Voldemort split his soul, he turned more and more snake like. See Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort.

    I don’t think the books will help. I think you’d have to see the movies, although I don’t think Voldemort made an appearance until the third or fourth in the series.
