When I very first went to work for the place where i worked 22 years, about 8 guys would gather in the lunch room and argue about the best way to make spaghetti sauce….every day.
Two guys thought you should take fresh ingredients and cook them fast and the rest were for simmering for hours.
Like Ground Hog Day for pasta..
