60% of employers run credit checks on job applications. Man: Any luck finding a new hire? Woman: No. We have zillions of applicants, but unemployed people have bad credit. Man: So hire someone who has a job. Woman: Most of the have low salaries- and thus bad credit. A well-paid, employed person would be perfect. But I can't afford one. Man: Too bad the unemployed are so broke. Woman: I know! Why don't they go earn some money?
