When Jesus drove the demons into the herd of swine — is that how we got the first Deviled Ham?

Lou is an old family friend, so I shop at his deli all the time. The Devil you know is better than the one you don’t.

Looks like things are so bad, that even the Devil needs a second job. Must be his heating bill.

Take out yokes, mix with mayonnaise, Worcestershire, salt and sugar. Stir and put back in. Quite good.

Since we used to live right around the corner from an Indian grocery, we started making our deviled eggs with brinjal pickle. Very tasty. And a friend of ours ran out of paprika while making deviled eggs so she used chili powder. Those were demonic!

Don’t forget the paprika, they’re always better when you sprinkle paprika over the top afterwards!
