Evie is use to just taking off without much thought. She forgot she broke that when she promised to stay and watch the kids.

Seems like Val’s going to be stuck with her daughters, nephew and niece all by herself while her sister and brother-in-law are out of the country and her mother out of state.

Bring Arnold back home with her when Joan and Wally go away to Paris. Stay until they get back so that the latter two can meet Arnold when they return.

Anyone else notice that “Evie” is one letter off from “Evil”?

Evie needs to follow through with the Paris support since she was the instigator of the offer to babysit-someone needs to watch the kids while Val’s at work…..I like the idea of bringing Arnold back with her-exposure to the family would definitely “make or break” the “relationship” ;)

“It’ll be good for you, Val.” “One day you’ll thank Evie for this.” “Think of it as a learning experience.” “Time for you and the children to bond even more.” “One day you’ll look back on this and laugh.” Cue the evil laughter after every platitude.

Too bad Val can’t expect Holly and Andy to start behaving like the adults they’re becoming, and have them pitch in to help with three smaller children. Five kids against one adult is sort of unfair, when only two of them are hers.
