It’s a problem. You want to be sure, but you can’t be late. These U.N. inspectors should have been there weeks ago, and if not allowed in THEN the U.S. could have flexed it’s muscles. Now we have to wait for their report. And please remember: the condition of allowing them in was that they DO NOT determine who used the weapons. The onus on that is – can you believe it! – with CIA and NSA. Yeah, right, most trusted organizations in the world right now…

It’s simple logic for the chickenhawk brigade, based on Bush/Cheney actions: BOMB KENYA!!

And we are better off, now, thanks to Obama’s policies?

There were “stable” if unpleasant governments in place,
and now look at the Muslim Brotherhood’s expanded violence in Libya, in Egypt and Sinai, and soon to be in Iran’s puppet, Syria.
I do not believe Assad is proven to be the user of WMD, chemicals, on the Syrian people. The religious Syrian Islamists and their helpers, non-Syrian Al Qaeda-type terrorists, have access to chemical weapons. They are not above killing citizens to get a global condemnation of Assad, because this is a religious-political WAR for POWER.
@trout….it was Bill Clinton that retaliated by bombing Africa’s sites……when no one was present except the janitor.

Excellent idea. We need to think for a few years before getting involved in Syria. Not our fight. Which side are you on—Assad the vicious dictator or al-Qa’eda, who are hijacking the resistance? Let us remember our defeat in Afghanistan and Iraq and STAY OUT OF SYRIA!
