    Apparently Dave C. has not seen a real longhorn. The horns are very wide. They do not go up except towards the very end. I am not sure what manner of beast has horns like that.

    Vikings didn’t wear those horned helmets. And when the Norse came to North America they met the local Amerinds. They said one of the locals “stole from them” and so they killed 8-9 of the Indians in retaliation who promptly got on the war path and the Norse left never to return. (This was at least a thousand years before the Chinese and Spanish ever got there and it was in an area of what is now the USA)
