“Great discoveries and improvements invariably involve the cooperation of many minds. I may be given credit for having blazed the trail, but when I look at the subsequent developments I feel the credit is due to others rather than to myself.”

I have to laugh at all the hew and cry about privacy and the NSA eavesdropping on cell phones. Most of ‘em are way too young to remember ’party lines’ or central exchanges where you rang the operator to be connected to even a local call. Of course, no one listened to your call …. Right !!!

Isn’t it weird to think that an IPhone has more computing power than a supercomputer of the 1990s?

If you are refering to cellphones or iphones, you are correct. Regardless of what name you put on them, the are still a form of radio.

Carry it furthur — that iphone has more computingpower than than the air-defense compters that protected tis country during the later 1950s and they each contained 55,000 tubes.
