    I once sat next to a guy on an airplane who had plenty of gas. No need for him to refuel in flight.

    They try not to have extra landings, but occasionally miscalculate. Presumably, they track the performance, and optimize fuel margins.

    India’s GoAir is only hiring female flight attendants because they weigh less than males and thus will save them money on fuel in the long run.
