@sillyseason: We should not let an American politician near the design or grading of a test like that. There is no mention of political parties in the Constitution and numerous warnings to avoid them from the founders. A person with nothing to gain by the results of that test, but familiar with our language and idioms, would be the only suitable choice … probably someone from another English speaking country.
