Silly Putty was invented by a scientist who was trying to come up with a substitute for rubber.

And Philo T Farnsworth invented TV. It would be something if the two of them were related.

Nuclear Fusion exists ? I cannot believe that !

    I meant (from wikipedia):

Research into developing controlled thermonuclear fusion for civil purposes also began in earnest in the 1950s, and it continues to this day. Two projects, the National Ignition Facility and ITER, are expected to have high gains, that is, producing more energy than required to ignite the reaction, after 60 years of design improvements developed from previous experiments.

Some people are like slinkies … they aren’t good for much … but they would bring a smile to your face if you push them down the stairs.

Apparently this fusion device has been done many times before but it is not efficient enough to be a source of energy. Google “Conrad farms worth”

This is believe it or not AND I DON’T
Hundreds of scientists worldwide have been trying for years to create nuclear fusion to no avail.
AND this kid did it in his garage? LOL, if he had it would be on front page not here.
