That wouldn’t be Romney!

I’d vote for the dogs, not the candidates!

It wouldn’t be Obama, either – but that’s ONLY because R&R is set around 1976.
(I’ve seen a ’76 Ford Country Squire station wagon in R&R)

Ashburn, is that when this comic came out…It was not a good time then either, but not as bad as now…I’d vote for Rover, he is always looking out for Red….

I’d vote for the candidate that’s best for the voters. Does anyone know where I can find this mythical person?

@Jo Clear
Jo C – the R&R comics are new and current – Brian Bassett himself will occasionally pop on the comments here. However it is played out in a mid 60’s setting back when the space program was young, Cub Scouting was cool and the popsicle man was a sure sign of summer.

But Red is too young to run for office.

Mmm… the dog in the White House, or the dog on top of the car?

It does not matter who you vote for what matters is that you voted. It amazes me how many people do not know you can turn in a blank ballot. Remember they look at who voted when they shaft someone with new law not how you voted

LOVE the “hint” that Brian gave on who he’s voting for! NEVER trust anyone who doesn’t treat their dog like the family member they are! Always remember, dogs are the greatest! Love this comic strip!

I don’t understand what you’re saying. Do you think politicians review who voted before they shaft us?
Charles Smith said, 7 months ago
@comicgos
Yeah, lets vote for the one that ate dog instead. Not!

What matters is if you pay attention to current events, and research the issues so as to vote intelligently. Voting just to say you voted when you have no idea of the issues is pointless or worse. If the wrong person gets in office, you’ll get shafted no matter whether or not you voted.

Sir, you are SO right, could not have said it any better! If he is re-elected, pray for our country – it will surely need it.

I will pray for my country regardless of who is elected.
