    This speed is when I used to take the freeways everywhere…but stopped when everyone was way over that limit of 55…Not that surface streets are any better…it’s a crap shoot…

    only got two speeds, if you don’t like the one speed, you probably won’t like the other speen any better.

    1983 Diesel Rabbit. Yup. 0-60 in a minute and a half! For some reason I loved that car.

    Had a ’74 Beetle that was pretty slow. It would top out at 75 but took a long time to get there.

    Learned to drive on a ’58 Chevy Apache 1500 pickup
    1st car: ‘54 ford sedan
    2nd car: ’55 chevy Bel Air 2 dr hard top
    3rd car: ’62 corvette
    Haven’t had a car since with the personality of those three.

    My old ‘69 Maverick generally only exceeded that speed on the downhill segments. Wasn’t a problem to me.
    I always got nailed for 37 in a 25 zone.

    Good one! I drive a 1971 VW bus. A steep incline will do that to you.
