    i “upgraded” from a regular cell phone to a smartphone last july.
    while the entertainment value increased dramatically, the sound quality of the phone calls caved.
    i truly regret my decision.

    @firedome I think you need a teen technical consultant. You’re not supposed to use it for calls.

    So now we need two phones. One for all the smartphone stuff and another for calls.

    I am fine with the cell phone. Don’t need anymore costly things attached to it.

    my 2 year contract was up … could get a simple cell phone for $40 plus $36 “upgrade” charge for another 2 years… or I got a cheap cell, no extension of the current plan for now, for $19.99 … guess which one I got?
