Can’t kill a dandelion! And I see the two hairs on Earl’s head are still going strong!

I have always hated the smell of geraniums, ever since I was a little kid. My mother used to grow them inside in the winter. I can still remember that smell.
Earl couldn’t use enough weed killer for me.

One of my neighbours has a dandy crop of dandelions.
    (That’s almost alliterative.)

Chemical weed killers should be replaced by good old-fashioned weeding.

Hot water also works on weeds growing in cracks in concrete and other places where there are no surrounding plants to damage.

Same with me! My dad would put all the geranium pots behind our couch. It was horrible!

Used motor oil is more effective at keeping weeds out of cracked pavement.
