Ah, but they don’t care about your opinions, Rat…

Reminds me of a bumper sticker I recently saw that reads, “Nobody cares about your stick figure family.”
    :
    Rock on, Rat.

Ah, but he wrote an open letter to say it, so doesn’t that mean no one will care what he thinks?

Is this like an existential argument… our teacher used this as an example .. a photo where someone had written. ‘I love you’ in the sand in the middle of nowhere where nobody could see it.
But … we could see it.

Does a letter in the sand where no one can see it still make a point?

I find this cartoon offensive. I think I’ll write a Letter to the Editor about it.

    (Joking, people.)

Which could be said about 80% or more of the blogs out there. The world is not panting to read your pseudophilosophical musings about shoes, potatoes, or whatever.

Maybe someone can tell me… Why do people write blogs? Is it well paid??? Most are just palaver.

Concise and to the point. In this instance, I am rooting for Rat.

Fits in well with this week’s Non Sequitur story arc (Shut Up and Mind Your Own Stupid Business). I always thought Rat and Danae had a lot in common.

Yeah, but Rat probably never had a dad like Danae has.

Rat is Steph’s alter ego. Notice the resemblance?

Blogs are the modern equivalent of a diary or private journal, except anyone out there can read it, instead of keeping it under lock and key like we did in middle school.

There are a few good blogs out there, in my experience mostly to do with cooking or other hobbies. I’ve learned most of what I know about Indian food from Indian Food Rocks and its excellent photo tutorials.
