At its heart, Pearls Before Swine is the comic strip tale of two friends: an arrogant Rat who thinks he knows it all and a slow-witted Pig who doesn't know any better. Together, this pair offers caustic commentary on humanity's quest for the unattainable. Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams says that Pearls is "one of the few comics that make me laugh out loud." The strip has twice won the National Cartoonists Society's Reuben division award for Best Newspaper Comic Strip – in 2003 and in 2006.

I still say they should go with Offler. At least then they can eat the sausage sizzle.

Any sufficiently advanced technology will appear to be magic to less advanced people. I think we just fund the crocs level. I wonder if we can get it down to shiny thing on a string?

There’s two kinds of people who claim not to believe in a God in America. Those who don’t believe in a God and atheists.
The former normally doesn’t care about God, one way or the other. Live and let live. Everyone else can believe what they want, type of thing. I respect that.
Atheists in the U.S at least, are people who typically hate God and hate those who believe in God, seeking to stamp out all traces of God in public and private in the U.S. Every atheist I’ve ever met was of this mold.
As such, they do believe in God, because you can’t actively hate something you don’t believe exists. The hate is so great that even seeing a church or cross is often enough to cause a reaction. I’ve never enjoyed being around them because of that hateful nature. They are the people who attack others and then claim to be victims, those who seek to take what is the right of others’ under the law and then claim that their own rights are violated and so on.
The only thing I’ve ever been able to figure out is that either 1. someone in a church hurt them personally and/or 2. they love to do something they know is wrong and it’s absolutely driving them bonkers.

god loves atheists more…….he knows that when they do good, it really truly is out of pure intentions. the devout tend to do good, just because they’re expecting a reward from him.

Yes – no devote believer in God has ever done bad yet atheists are always doing bad. I’d laugh at how stupid that is but you probably believe it.
