Don't miss the daily misadventures of cartoonist Chip Dunham's clever crew of shipboard malcontents, incompetents and laggards. Overboard stands out with a pointed wit that has dagger-sharp timing and effect.
Louie, the ship's faithful dog, is the center of attention of the adventures on land and at sea. His human companions not only have to deal with Louie and his requests, but also the many problems they face living at sea, like dolphins eating their garden, and sea monsters taunting Louie. The entertaining exchanges between Louie and the humans on the ship will have readers coming back for more of this cast-away comedy. Man overboard!

You don’t have to be a junk food addict to dislike lima beans.

Those wascally wabbits don’t pass up the lima beans and asparagus In fact they would like for Charley to plant more carrots. Carrots is brain food, not to mention it improves vision.

Ahh the lima bean torture of my childhood. They should feed prisoners lima beans on a regular basis.

Don’t you believe it! I eat carrots ALL the time. I wear bi-focles and my memory is slipping! :-D

I like limas. I preferred cooking dried (with a streak of lean/streak of fat or smoked ham hocks) but if I cook fresh then you still have to cook them long and slow to get rid of that “crunchy” and “earthy” tendencies that AllenVS referred to.
My mother boiled all veggies to death and I didn’t like them until I got hold of Southern style veggies.
Now, brussel sprouts have no redeaming qualities (to me).

Not that I’ve ever been able to tell. I, for one, cannot stand ANY of the legume family. Nothing good comes of them, and they are the origin of the foulest of “ill winds”
