But Grandpa, AFAIK anemia does not cause nose bleeding. (Although chronic nose bleeding can, of course, cause anemia).
Perhaps you are thinking of some blood-clotting condition caused by a low count of platelets. (Platelets are a component of blood involved in blood clotting, but anemia refers to a low count of red blood cells, not platelets).
