That’s right. Although food service isn’t glamorous, it does pay the bills and you don’t go hungry.

That’s why I was in it from a very young age. My mother had a food odor and cooking phobia, and survived on candy and cigarettes. The company paid my dad’s meals. I was on my own, baby! But restaurants always need help.
