We’ve all been through this. In fact we go through it every day. We all know how tough, but also funny, it can be, as we move through life’s situations if we take our knocks with good humor. And we know also how very rewarding it can be when we actually occasionally get things right.

If they can buy the sauce, maybe they won’t eat at the restaurant so often.

@YokohamaMama
But it does give them another stream of revenue, and if they like it that much but can’t get to the restaurant they will buy extra.

Speaking of “passionate,” that could be her response to Paul that we haven’t seen yet.

That’s right. Selling rotisserie chicken at the grocery store doesn’t sell less raw chickens. It just gives people some choices.
Many can’t afford or don’t have the time to eat out every night, but if they can pick up a jar of pesto and some homemade pasta, that would make life easier.

For once Claire has an excellent idea! We have a local restaurant, Italian, that has been in business since 1935. A few years ago they started to bottle their Italian Salad Dressing and one of their Pasta Sauces because they are SO GOOD! And the restaurant is still the busiest one in town!
