    Real romance does last. I’m glad we were in our 30s when we met. In our 70s we can still enjoy making each other happy, and neither of us ever had a tatoo.

    Congrats to you and yours; our 30th is next June. Also no tattoos on either of us. Many years ago, people proclaimed their love by carving their initials on a tree trunk. It now seems like that was more sensible than injecting ink in one’s flesh, given the short lifespan of so many modern relationships.
