It got up to 39 yesterday! WooHoo!!!! And, it’s already 33 now. :)) Forecast for the week end is back to 25.
It’s been so cold that I had to turn our garage refrigerator all the way down to 1. Everything was freezing. That’s where I store those big bags of onions and potatoes and such from Costco. Well, I defrosted the onions, and cut them all up and re-froze them for cooking. Unfortunately the potatoes, about 1/4th of the bag, had to be thrown out for deer food. I likewise cut up the celery and froze most of it. There are very few things you can’t freeze…….even grapes! So, at any given day, I can toss a few peaches in my salad, or blueberries in my yogurt. The guy who invented frozen food was a genius!
