What was that? Heifer whiz? Sounds like some of the cheap labels that got me thru college. Anyone remember Chief Oshkosh?

This would have to be the year I gave up asking people for their share of the haggis.

I’m giving up Lent.

Hefeweizen literally means half wheat. It is brewed with 1/2 malted barley and 1/2 wheat. It has become popular with many craft brewers. It tends to be lighter in body, has a whiter head, and is characteristically cloudy rather than clear.
