Like anything else, needs to be taken in moderation. You abuse them, they are linked to health problems. I heard of one teen girl who chugged 2 Monster (?) drinks in a row, stopped her heart. If you take 5 hr energy every 30 minutes, RIP. Gotta follow the warnings on the label.
Did anyone else think of Lionel Ritchie’s Dancing on the ceiling when they read this?
