    Probably an Apple problem, as the “Genius Bar” is what Apple grandiosely calls tech support.

    Thanks, KM. As I’m not an Apple person, I had no idea. I also do not like tech support that costs. Answers are usually avail online with a good search. I have a warranty on my PC and support on my Norton tho’-nothing else.
