   They sure aren’t conservative and they had your boy Joe losing. Yeah it wasn’t as bad as the whooping the Prez got, but then again this is just the VP debates.

   Bet you any money this cartoon was sent to Gocomics before the debate had even started. The right have found their narrative for this election season: “Everything is biased against us, everything I tell you, it’s a vast left-wing conspiracy!!!”. They have been softening up the ground on this mantra for some years, but now they want to reap the rewards of their labor and really, really push all of society to the right. But as we on the Internet often say: FAIL!

   Another editorial cartoon depicts Biden as the adult at the table and Ryan as an angry baby in a highchair. Both of these toons are unhelpful in elevating the debate and very helpful in driving the ideological wedge between citizens and neighbors. I thought both men did well, but- I felt Biden did better, and with less malarkey.

    I thought is was the conservative line that when liberals have nothing of value they pull things out of their butt and throw it, but that seems to be all the conservatives on gocomics are doing after the Biden/Ryan debate.
