    Whoa. Ramirez notices there is subject matter beyond Obama and the ‘liberals.’ Yes, Mr. Ramirez, all three branches of government have been “captured” by wealth & corporate power. Yes, mass media has abandoned its watch dog function to spew tabloid news and propaganda. Yes, the military-industrial-complex has near carte blanche in foreign policy. Yes, there’s a top secret national security apparatus with very little public accountability. Yes, government is not responding to actual needs of a majority of people. Yes yes and yes: Tis past time to address other subject matter, Mr. Ramirez.

    Other presidents have done so, too, but the Democrats only complain when it’s a Republican president at fault. It’s time we unite against all this abuse, as wmconelly points out. “A house divided against itself cannot stand.”-A. Lincoln

    We won’t let those terrorists destroy our freedoms! We’ll destroy our freedoms first! That’ll show ’em!

    It might be fun at that to tear it all down and start over again.

    @wmconelly

    No before we can engage in any other issue these are the ones we should deal with first, before things get so bad that those other issues, don’t become so important anymore.

    That’s just the “Patriot Act” in her hand, with copies of a number of earlier laws as bookmarks.
