Looks different, eh? I’m pretty certain this Petal on the Rose didn’t stay to the
endplace where the Story paused.treesareus said, 7 months ago
Yes, you CAN buy a house…it was made possible by FDR in the 1930s, when he required banks to make a % of loans to low income people. Carter upped the % and Clinton upped the % twice, the last time to over 50% of the loans. Then Fannie and Freddy bought the bad loans. That is what gave us the “housing crisis”.

Baloney. How come we went 50+ years without a housing crisis if it’s FDR’s fault?
Sheesh! And the righties talk about blaming the current recession on Bush as if he was centuries ago.

I notice the Right are saying we are all doomed as a country if Obama is re-elected. Just like they said about FDR’s second term, third term and fourth term and of course we all know the country collapsed in the 1950’s, oh wait that was the Golden years of America, Gives me some hope for our future if Obama is re-elected. (PS I am a moderate not a Lefty)

Lila could buy a House, if She sold Her Shoes.
…therefore, Lila can’t buy a House.

Houses are too expensive and too much of a risk.

From what I read about that credit scoring if you are not in debt, pay on time, have no credit to reimburse, your score is bad because it is based on your reimbursement rate.

(oops, sorry, didn’t finish). So Lila has good chance to secure a loan, hasn’t she?
