    I was thinking the same way about my sisters’ success. But then they would buy cars I can’t fit into – like a Mazda Miata.

    It is hard on the youngest when a new baby arrives. Suddenly all that attention goes away. Some children react better than others. I was happy to see more brothers. I never felt bad about it.

    My Uncle Fred was the baby and the darling for ten years. Then my Dad was born and Uncle Fred ran away from home. He was found and brought back, and eventually got used to it. For further information on how new babies effect older kids, refer to my novel THE TROUBLING STONE… and hope it doesn’t go quite that way for Maria…
