   Where I used to live there was a Richard Big and a Richard Small in the phone book. Mr. Big went by Dick, Mr. Small did not. When a friend pointed this out to me I found it very amusing… I guess I am easily amused.

    I don’t know about a Jim Teacher, or Jim Nasium, but I have met a Dr. Doctor. If he catered exclusively to Doctors, he could be a Dr. Doctor doctor.
