…government FOR the people and BY the people…it’s in the Constitution, Mr. Reid.

What? No comments from conservatives about Soros doing the same thing for liberals? And liberals not bringing that subject up is not a surprise. Of course Soros supports the right (as in correct) ideas and the Kochs supports the wrong ones. Or is it the other way around? Political sanctimoniousness comes to mind.

Who determines what is right and what is wrong? Liberals are focused on outcomes, and conservatives are focused on opportunities. We each have our own opinions on how to make things work. Picking on one donator or another on either side of the aisle is disingenuous and hypocritical unless you include both sides. They both play the game. The difference? The liberals are permitted, by the media and the general public, to slander and demean conservatives, but conservatives have to tip-toe around what we’re really thinking so we don’t get labeled racists, bigots, etc.

Perfect solution Overtaxed, and if that doesn’t work you can move on to a more ultimate solution. What do you care how a significant population may have other ideas. Dominate them and shove it down their throats.

Steyer and Soros? Good billionaire donors. Koch’s? Bad. Why? Dirty Harry gets money from the first group but not the second.

The word “Socialist” has become a fixation with some of us. We seem to write it as a swear word, spit on the floor after we speak it to get the taste out. Red with road rage, do you yell it out the window at idiot drivers, “Socialist you!”? Has it taken the place of your favorite vulgarities? (“I don’t give a socialist! You’re full of socialism! I nearly socialized in my pants! SOL”!)
    .
If people look at you strangely or cover their children’s ears when you voice political opinions, if your every utterance nearly has used “socialist” as noun, verb, adjective, adverb, as well as interjection — seek professional advice. Is there a crisis intervention center available to combat this condition? You bet your sweet “socialist” there is!
    .
Socialist Obsession Treatment Centers of America is a nonprofit organization started in 2008 when it appeared Barack Obama would run for president. In addition to counseling for socialist-abuse, it also helps combat overuse of bad Obama puns ( Obummer, Obozo, Obamonation, ad inf.) and dumb Democrat wordplay (Dumocrat, Dimocrat, Democrap, etc.).
    .
Call today for free information. Special treatments for Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi compulsives are available.
    .
I hope I haven’t Overtaxed your credulity on this.

The Constitution is being re-written at this time by the Supreme Court. The new wording will be “Government PAID FOR by the people.”

    A small change, but meaningful.

What’s keeping me awake is that the Tea Party is going so far off the deep edge into insanity that even Faux news isn’t going to keep 1/3 of the Republican party drinking the kool aid. Limbaugh’s ratings are at the lowest point ever, and he can’t keep sponsors. If people inside the Faux bubble are actually beginning to realize that there is a real world outside, it could reunite the Republican party behind a person who isn’t certifiable. Being a Democrat, I really appreciate the people in the Faux bubble. If a moderate can’t get the crazy vote, the Democrats win.
