Is that Alan Greenspan’s fingerprint on the ball?

despite it being a about the terrible crisis that spawned this cartoon, the picture presented is hilarious. Facial expression, the little rocks giving way and the dawning knowledge that the ride down will be fast and furious…. good job Lisa!

Trout, can you take a breath and not be casting aspersions on YOUR government? While US interests in foreign financial affairs exert influence, do you think that the Greeks may have had just a little bit to do with their own plight?

This could the 49% of the US that pay taxes chained to the ball and Obama pushing it over the top, with the 51% that don’t pay taxes yelling for him to push harder.

That is precisely the fear I have. Once the ratio flips to 51% receiving for the other 49%’s work, reform will become impossible.

Bruce; many countries are in “trouble” as a result of Greenspan’s guidance, under several administrations of both parties, that he finally admitted was “an error”. My comment was about Greenspan’s economics, with a touch of his devotion to Ayn Rand (her best friend), and basically the joke he made of “economics” over the years.

as a Bible believer I give no credance to mythology and pay little attention to it….I looked up Sisyphus and read that he was a pesky trickster that Hermes gave the eternal punishment of pushing the heavy ball from the bottom to the top of the hill and every time into eternity the ball rolls over Sisyphus on its return to the bottom again. LOL

the book of Revelation reveals that in the “end of this age” under human government, chapters 17 and 18, there will be a total collapse of the evil human political and economic and anti-Bible Faith culture of mankind….it seems to be on its way today.

Maybe the Fed (and all their leaders) should be investigated and our currency taken back to the Gold standard.

And do not forget that the Babylon the Great the Harlot committing fornication with the leaders of the earth will be cast down (as was jezebel) as the World’s Political leaders strive to eliminate religion. Now why does that sound familiar…………….?

There isn’t enough gold in the world. It would be worth fifty thousand dollars an ounce.

Y’know, I never did hear any tales about the followers of Zeus and those of Apollo slaying each other to prove which group was more devoted to their god . . . just sayin’, is all.

Lisa thinks the citizens of Greece are “Grecians”. She learned it from Bush, who she’s still carrying water up a hill for.

It’s fairly easy to infer based upon her cartoon output, see above and check the history. You should know, you wrongly infer things quite often yourself,

works for me dude, all I need is a dollar that will get me 1/50,000th of an ounce. It’;s better than one based on “the full faith and credit” of the US.

OR if you want we can forget money and work with credit only. It’s all imaginary anyway. then barter will make a come back.

No, not Greenspan’s fingerprints… More like Karl Marx, Saul Alinsky, most of the Democrat party, you know, people like that.
