    This next phase of the 2007 ban passed during the Bush administration outlaws both the production and importation of incandescent bulbs.

    From 2001 to 2008, history positively glowed.

    It was free market fantasy that got us into this. It is what is still keeping us there and Pres. Obama is holding them up as much as any Republican President.
