True, but even so it promotes more head shots, which they are doing. Part of the training regimen.

what ever happened to Hop-a-long Cassidy and The Lone Ranger? they always got the bad guys and often without firing a shot. Sure they could have shot the bad guys instead but Roy Rogers would leap off Trigger and grab the bad guy right off his horse. Then his dog Bullet would hold him captive.
