   As far as I know PBO never made any concrete promises during the reelection campaign, In fact I heard some grousing to that effect. As far as MR goes, do all those massive tax cuts promised not count as free stuff?

   They don’t think of them as free because Sheldon Adelson, the Kochs, Harold Simmons, Foster Friess, and Bob Perry feel they already paid for those cuts. They even have receipts.
