   I’m having Cornish game hens with cornbread stuffing, cooked in a crockpot, and spiral sliced ham. No turkey.

   Always a dark meat person myself. Never understood why the breasts seem most popular. I do keep them and use them for sandwiches (yum!) but they aren’t my first choice.

   I like dark meat too, it saves money when I get fried chicken. Dark meat has more taste to it.
