    Shouldn’t that be 10 ml Olive oil (I have no idea what a dstspn is).

    For the American readers, a dstspn is a dessertspoon, which is equivalent to approximately 2 teaspoons. And for those unfamiliar with rocket leaves, in the US it is called arugula.
