Part of the credit goes to Harry Reid. He is a smart, savvy, tough old (my age) bird. Called McConnell’s bluff.
ARodney said, 5 months ago
McConnell was an idiot to make that bluff. He didn’t think that a majority of the senators would want to avoid another fiscal-cliff hostage situation? Wouldn’t it be nice if BOTH parties agreed that destroying America’s economy, faith, and reputation is, in fact, unthinkable? But the tea party is apparently aligned with the Islamist terrorists against our own country. Who votes for these criminals?

Yep, Republicans are doing anything to end the ‘fiscal cliff’ and dems are doing everything they can to get their greedy hands on all the money they can.

What did McConnell have to lose? Reputation? Credibility?

It’s not as if he were exposed as an obstructionist for the first time.

Wonder if McConnell gets his intel from fox noise like the Romney campaign did?
The thought that he was “pulling” a fast? one on the democrats proves he’s not in step with the real world just like the rest of the faux noise bus crew!

It has been a day since a lib has told someone to shut up. Freedom of speech for him and none for anyone else.
