Jeff Danziger provides a scathing international take on politics, finance, and everything else you aren’t allowed to discuss at the dinner table. Combining spot-on caricatures with razor-sharp writing, this feature will make you listen a little more closely to what they tell you on the news.

Had something published in Playboy several years ago. A friend called to note same, so at least TWO of us still READ it! Actually, though I"m getting a tad old for many of the articles, the still publish some good stuff worth reading.

What year and month was that, Mr. Trout? I may have it in my collection.

^50th anniversary issue. just a letter actually. Mr. Black was serious about buying one of my short stories, but had guys like Mailer ahead of me, he did offer to help me sell the book the short was from when I got it done. It’s nice to know editors like your style and material, even if they can’t buy it at the time.

I’m sure a lot of Mitt’s voters think it is.
And, of course, they don’t have to be able to read …

& Gawd created Eve out of Adam’s rib, to give him boners, to tempt him & sell him things, and bear his children and cook his dinners, and clean his houses & make him happy & keep him company until she gets too old to compete with the Bunnies, and gracefully welcomes the new wives, the trophy wives and the on-the-side-gals, with a song in her heart and an implant in her breast. Muslims & Mormons & Jews & Christians, oh my! & for the 1st 2, Celestial marriages & vestal virgins in the Beyond.

I’m a progressive Democrat (in case you didn’t know) and I’m very tired of this line of attack on Romney. Please stop with the damn “Binders” jokes and lets get back on the real issues, like, what the future is going to look like in America after President Romney turns the whole thing over to the corporations, the air polluted, the rivers on fire (again), huge destruction of the middle class that was created by sane fiscal policies of the New Deal, turning over of the national forests to the loggers and frackers, polluting of the oceans with oil drilling, closing of schools and libraries. These are REAL issues, Romney’s awkward phrasing is not!

so true. whatever the bought media throws out we pounce upon while the money-oiled wheels of the Gated Community of the Rich move “elegantly” on….

“Binders full of women”, caught on because the weird phrase reflects Romney’s attitude toward people. He didn’t say he had “stacks of resumes” because in his corporate mindset, people are routinely reduced to a report in a binder.
The last successful businessman in the White House was Herbert Hoover. Romney has no clue what he is up against. Maybe he has a secret strategy to sell some of our under performing assets like Mississippi and Utah.
