    So is this just reruns, or has the strip ended and now we’re getting the whole series from the beginning again?

    Good question….. This is happening to way too many strips these days.

    I don’t know. Seems just like life where employers won’t consider hiring those who aren’t already employed.

    From the copyright statement, it seems this strip is from 2005.

    Phil Dunlap is ending the strip as a syndicated weekly but says he will continue to run it online with new strips once a week. Hopefully it will run here; we’ll have to stay tuned. Bummer.

    Dangit! Why can’t these strips continue and Mary Worth get retired?

    @Michelle Bourg

    The official statement is;
    “Yes, Ink Pen will be ending as a syndicated daily newspaper feature, for all the obvious boring reasons (sales, papers, market, etc). But I will be continuing it, after a brief hiatus, as a weekly feature on the GoComics site. The new weekly strips will be appearing on their own page, and reruns beginning with the first strip will continue on the regular Ink Pen page. "

    So yes, it will be back here as a Sunday strip. Still disappointed, though…
