My wife makes this stuff she calls soup. It is basically pureed vegetables.It has a specific gravity of about 1,000. You can almost eat it with a fork.
You can use the stuff to shield nuclear reactors as evidenced by the fact that it is impossible to microwave. You stick it in the oven for 30 seconds and the edges are boiling but the center is still refrigerator temperature. You have to stir it every 15 seconds for about 5 minutes to cook it.
And for all that, it is exceptionally nutritious and always yummy (it never tastes the same, but it is always good).
